During the recruitment process, we work with you to determine your fit within our firm. We take a personal approach and run face to face interviews with real conversation, without the need for assessment center’s and lengthy processes.

All new starters get a buddy to ensure you are provided with the hands-on training you need to perform your job. You will receive on the job feedback as well as regular performance reviews to keep you on track with your development. Pilot Partners provides training specific to your business area as well as firm wide training to broaden your professional knowledge base and soft skills.

As a Chartered Accounting firm, we will support you through your CA qualifications by providing financial, learning and study support. You will work with real clients from day one, and you will experience direct contact with Directors, Associate Directors and Managers.

About you

To apply for an Undergraduate position with Pilot Partners, you must be currently completing a business degree with a major in Accounting. The Undergraduate positions are part-time and are flexible to suit around your university schedule.

To apply for a Graduate position with Pilot Partners, you must have completed, or be close to completing your Accounting degree. The positions are suitable for anyone graduating between 2024 and 2025.

In addition, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities:

  • Commercial acumen and knowledgeable about current trends impacting the business sector both in Australia and internationally;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • A strong energy and motivation to start a career in accounting;
  • CA eligible upon graduation from university;
  • Exceptional attention to detail;
  • Strong organisational skills;
  • Team player and the ability to work well with others.
