Nigel is a senior manager with over 15 years experience in the field. Nigel is a
Registered Liquidator and an Official Liquidator, a member of the Institute of
Chartered Accountants and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Australia.
Nigel has experience at the most senior level in all aspects of corporate
Insolvency engagements including: Voluntary Administration, Members and
Creditors Voluntary Liquidation, Court Liquidation and Corporate and Court
initiated Receiverships.
Nigel also has experience in personal insolvency engagements such as bankruptcy
and Part X arrangements, company valuations and loss of profit claims.
Nigel has extensive experience in property development and construction, body
corporate, manufacturing, retail and wholesale goods, tourism and hospitality,
banking and finance, software development and transport and carrying.
