Michael is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in
Australia as well as being a Registered Company Auditor. He has extensive
experience in strategic planning, feasibility studies, capital raisings, the
development of appropriate corporate structures, designing and implementing
management reporting structures, identification of key performance indicators,
mergers and acquisitions and contract negotiation.
Michael has worked in audit and assurance for 20 years. During that time he has
developed unique systems and methodologies to ensure optimal quality of audit
and risk management services. He is an expert in the identification, evaluation
and management of risk and is particularly skilled in the development of risk
mitigation and control systems.
