Garth holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland and
is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (FCA). Garth
is a Registered Auditor and an Official Liquidator. Garth has also been a Member
of the Queensland State Council Institute of Chartered Accountants for six
years, Treasurer and Vice Chairman of the State Council and a member of the
Queensland Disciplinary Committee.
He is an expert in financial and management reporting and accounting
system implementation. Garth specialises in consulting to emerging businesses,
joint ventures and consortiums. He analyses financial information providing
Focus Based Management reports. Public listings are also in his field. Garth
implements business planning and risk analysis plans and advises on the
acquisition and sale of businesses. He carries out valuations of businesses and
related assets and also specialises in successful corporate structuring.
