Brian holds a Bachelor of Business - Accountancy from the Queensland
University of Technology. Brian is also an Associate Member of the Institute of
Chartered Accountants in Australia, a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of
Australia and a financial planning proper authority and holder.
Brian is an expert in the valuation of businesses, companies, trusts,
partnerships and joint ventures for the purpose of assisting in litigation or
dispute resolution matters. Brian has had extensive experience in preparing
independent experts reports and giving expert evidence in the various Courts and
Tribunals.
Brian has also had extensive experience in advising clients in relation
to business acquisitions, sales, restructuring, mergers and demergers.
Brian also consults to a wide range of small to medium sized businesses in the
areas of taxation and business consulting and planning. Brian is an expert in
minimising financial risks and evaluating financial growth strategy.
Throughout his professional career Brian has advised businesses in
varying industries including legal practitioners, building and construction,
property development, professional services, manufacturing, retail and forestry.
