Brad is an Official Liquidator, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants in Australia and a Member of the Insolvency Practitioners
Association of Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of
Queensland. Brad is committed to the Institute of Chartered Accountants and has
presented the Institutes Public Practice course and been involved in the
Institutes continuing education programs for over ten years.
He undertakes formal appointments as a Liquidator, Provisional
Liquidator, Receiver and Manager, Voluntary Administrator, Deed Administrator
and Investigating Accountant.
When requested by directors, the courts, financiers, insurers, other
liquidators and creditors, Brad also carries out informal appointments such as
feasibility assessments, pre-lending reviews, evaluation of security position,
compliance audits, and investigations into financial position and reports on
solvency. Brad has experience in many different industries ranging from small
business to large corporations.
He is extensively involved in commercial litigation and forensic
accounting assignments including the provision of expert opinions, investigative
reports, and advice in relation to commercial matters including fraud,
reconstruction of records, damages and loss claims. He has experience in
alternative dispute resolution through expert determinations and mediations.
Brad has given evidence in the Federal Court, Supreme Court, District Court,
Coroners Court, Family Court and the Retail Shop Leases Tribunal.
